His passion for education stems from working within a rural diverse community managing students effectively and maximizing learning opportunities with a strong desire to foster a cohesive student-learning atmosphere.
In July 2016 Sanjaye was involved in creating a robotics programme for the science curriculum in his current governmental school setting (Calabar High School) to aid in the improvement and awareness of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) skills in order to exhibit its relevance, diversity and to promote the employability of STEM qualifications to his students.
As a strong believer of the ethos “Every Child Matters” Sanjaye is an active member within his community by supporting the youths of North Central St. Andrew where he has developed a homework programme for children aged between 6 to 18 years.
